ANCIENT BEAUTY

Italian textile house Rubelli has worked with design luminary Luke Edward Hall to unveil an exuberant furnishing fabric collection called “Return to Arcadia”. The English designer weaves his passion for mythology and ancient Greek and Roman civilisation into the prints, featuring statues, busts, lyres, roses, and plants seen in Arcadian English gardens, as well as ribbons, baskets and floral decorations inspired by the historical archives of Fondazione Rubelli, making for a dynamic series that is equal parts classical and innovative.
