The Market at Hotel Icon is consistently one of the most popular buffet destinations in town, perfect for family outings or special occasions with larger groups. The dinner buffet features a wide selection of Southeast Asian delicacies, from green papaya salad and Singaporean chilli crab to lamb curry and tandoori chicken. The laksa was definitely our favourite, with the deliciously rich soup striking a perfect balance between the creamy coconut milk and aromatic spices. The dessert bar features various speciality desserts made from premium Musang King durian, including durian cheesecake and durian ice cream. Alternatively, try the assortment of panna cotta available in a variety of flavours or indulge yourself at The Market’s candy buffet.
