Caprice Bar

Hong Kong Tatler Best Restaurants (Hong Kong / Macau) - - Bar review -

To the right of Caprice is its excellent, plushly decked-out bar, which has become one of our regular haunts for a spot of fine wine and one of the restaurant's legendary cheese platters (we recommend getting the platter titled A Bit of Everything). With comfortable, luxurious sofas and intimate nooks, the bar is ideal at any time of day, be it for a mid-afternoon catch up over nibbles or a post-prandial cocktail. Wines by the glass are of a supreme quality and the five-star service of the main restaurant isn't lost here. Our advice is to allow the seasoned staff to guide you through the cellar's offerings and pair them with the excellent bar snacks, which may include black truffle risotto with parmesan emulsion, or braised wagyu beef cheeks. Note that a smart casual dress code is also observed here.
