Sky Lounge

Hong Kong Tatler Best Restaurants (Hong Kong / Macau) - - Bar review -

Arriving at 8:00pm, just as the famed light show is about to begin, the setting couldn't be better. Perched high above Tsim Sha Tsui opposite to the Cultural Centre, the Sky Lounge at the Sheraton offers a staggering view of the island and all her glorious skyscrapers. The carpeted floors are reminiscent of an old-school hotel lobby, but technology is at the forefront – you can order your cocktails on a snazzy iPad. Our martini and champagne cocktails arrive, both perfectly made. Bar snacks (foil-wrapped peanuts) leave something to be desired, but a second round of delicious cocktails – this time, a classic Old Fashioned and a gin and tonic – makes everything all right.
