Zuma's bar perches above the en­er­getic restau­rant be­low. The vibe here is a lit­tle more serene but just as dy­namic; the interiors are sump­tu­ously re­fined, with a mix­ture of high ta­bles per­fect for af­ter-work drinks and more pri­vate so­fas for an in­ti­mate night­cap. The crowd is di­verse but en­gag­ing; on weeknights young pro­fes­sion­als bop along to the house DJ while sip­ping cock­tails and on the week­end smart cou­ples enjoy a pre- or post-pran­dial drink. The bar has an ex­ten­sive wine list and a large amount of Ja­panese whiskey, in­clud­ing some in­cred­i­bly rare and ex­pen­sive bot­tles per­fect for the con­nois­seur. Zuma's cock­tails are in­cred­i­bly well-crafted us­ing a Ja­panese ap­proach that en­sures pu­rity, ded­i­ca­tion and pre­ci­sion. If you only have the chance to try one, go for the smoked Ja­panese whisky sour.
