The Ritz-Carlton Bar & Lounge

Hong Kong Tatler Best Restaurants (Hong Kong / Macau) - - Bar review -

Guests visiting the 51st floor of the Ritz-Carlton Macau are guaranteed a good view. A long, well-stocked bar is the centerpiece of the main area, with large lounge furniture neatly arranged across the space. The bar menu covers light bites from salads and snacks to desserts, best accompanied by the full selection of drinks. G&T lovers will enjoy the bar’s customised menu where guests can select their own gin, tonic, and aromatics to suit their taste. Signature cocktails are unique with house-infused spirits making their way into many concoctions; the Ginful Paradise mixes chamomile infused gin with white vermouth, grapefruit and acacia honey for a citrus zing. The bar also features an impressive array of whiskies, especially single malts. The bar staff are very knowledgeable in recommending the perfect tipple for guests, as well as food pairings.
