Warm Rapport

The sound of rap echoed around the studio as Brandon and Jenny Chau took time off from a Hollywood holiday for our cover shoot, charming us both in front of the camera and between takes

rawing inspiration from the LA skyline, with the Hollywood sign in the distance and palm trees dotting the landscape, photographer Sheryl Nields and her crew created a slick, modern atmosphere in which Brandon and Jenny Chau could shine as glamorously as ever in looks by Tom Ford, Stella Mccartney and Dolce & Gabbana.

It was an upbeat day filled with star turns from Kiki, a dog who took an instant liking to Brandon. She charmed everyone with her attempts to run into as many shots as she could. Brandon entertained the crew with stories about growing up with parents known for their sartorial style, and Jenny showed what a good sport she is, gamely climbing onto an apple box on a sloping rooftop to pose. “All the things you do to get a good picture,” she laughed. “And probably not again!” Stylist Kimmy Erin Kertes, on discovering the couple were keen to push the boundaries, quickly replaced a shirt with a red polo neck under Brandon’s Dolce & Gabbana suit, and paired sharp red heels with a Saloni dress for Jenny. “Yes, I do like that,” agreed Brandon on the outfits, which ultimately produced the perfect cover shot.
