GEMMA SOAMES

Gemma is a London-born, Hong Kongbased journalist. During her eight years at London’s The Sunday Times, she wrote a fashion advice column for the newspaper’s Style magazine and, as fashion features director, contributed articles throughout the paper. These days she is a regular contributor to the South China Morning Post and has also written for Vogue, The Spectator and Net-a-porter.com, among many others. For this issue, Gemma meets the duo at the helm of the Yoox Net-aporter Group (p.66) and profiles new Asian designers in The New Guard (p.72).
