Alison Chan- El Azar travelled to Switzerland to be a special guest at the Eyes in Focus exhibition and experience the country La Prairie calls home

Art, raclette, a spa session and gala dinner in a museum—la Prairie invited Alison Chan-el Azar to Switzerland to be a special guest at their Eyes in Focus exhibition at Art Basel and experience what Switzerland is famous for.

Alison was among the first to visit La Prairie’s Collectors Lounge at Art Basel to preview the works by Daniela Droz, Namsa Leuba and Senta Simond, and find out more about the three artists and their creative process. The next day, she got to enjoy an alfresco lunch of raclette and fondue, with sweeping, scenic views of the mountains.

After the feast came a facial by La Prairie to banish away any remaining tell-tale signs of the long flight from Hong Kong—and to prepare for a gala dinner at the Kunsthaus Zürich museum. The evening ended on a high note with a private tour, where Alison got to see works by artists including Van Gogh, Monet, Rauschenberg and Rothko.
