The Hong Kong-based restaurant has debut – we kid you not – a New York-italian menu fused with local flavours. Think pasta with typhoon shelter crab or salted egg yoke or, even better yet, two of our favourite guilty pleasures on one plate: carbonara and char siu (barbeque pork). Aromatic herbs indigenous to Chinese cooking are not overlooked in the Fragrant Grass Infused Linguini Fini, topped with a goat’s cheese fonduta for extra flavour. Founder Todd Darling says the new menu is his “deepest respect and love for Hong Kong”.
