红糖芝麻酱饼

用料:面粉、芝麻酱、红糖

做法

1.将面粉用开水和均,饧半小时左右。开水改变了面粉的结构,饼煎好之后才能外焦里嫩; 2.在芝麻酱里拌匀红糖; 3.将饧好的面切成剂子,擀薄,抹匀芝麻酱,再卷好,擀成饼状;

4.放入少油的锅中,小火煎至两面金黄即成。 (责编 拾谷雨)
