川式口水鸡

主料:鸡腿辅料:葱、姜、蒜、辣椒粉、花椒粉、白胡椒粉、芝麻

做法

1.鸡腿去骨取肉,用盐和胡椒粉抹匀,放入冰箱腌两三天; 2.取出鸡肉,卷好,用牙签固定,蒸熟; 3.晾凉后,切成片; 4.葱姜蒜切末,放入小碗,加花椒粉、辣椒粉,用热油炝熟,加生抽、蚝油、糖,浇在鸡肉上,洒上芝麻,即成。
