‘A Thread of Light’

The exhibition features works of three generation­s of British kiln-cast glass artists. A total of 36 pieces of glassworks created by Keith Cummings, the founding father of the British Contempora­ry

Glass Movement, are on show, plus a sea-inspired series by

Colin Reid and seven items by the latter’s former apprentice­s and collaborat­ors. The highlight of the exhibition goes to a collaborat­ive piece titled “Loretta’s Orchid” by Reid and Loretta H. Yang, founder of contempora­ry Chinese liuli (crystal glass).
