DeltaHealth holds charity carnival on Mother’s Day

-

DeltaHealth recently held a Mother’s Day charity carnival in collaboration with Heart to Heart Shanghai, a special fund of the Ren De Foundation. Under the sponsorship of 32 brands, they held a heart-warming family gathering to fuel the development of public welfare.

Held on Mother’s Day and focusing on the theme of parenthood, the carnival, boasting activities and programs like charity sales, talent shows and food taste, raised 60,000 yuan (US$9,315), which was then donated to Heart to Heart Shanghai in the hope of helping children with congenital heart diseases in poor regions.

Besides raising funds, DeltaHealth also hoped to convert this charity activity into a knowledge-sharing platform where participants got to know how to stay healthy. Health talks on women’s cardiovascular, gynecological and physical examinations were conducted on the spot by Professor Li Nan from DeltaHealth’s department of cardiology, Doctor Li Yue from the gynecology department and Yang Chengwei, the Interventional Radiology and Imaging Department chief, to raise awareness of individual health problems and take precautions in advance.

This Mother’s Day charity carnival was a reflection of DeltaHealth’s efforts in contribution to public welfare cause.

“Supporting Love, Protecting Love and Transferring Love” is not an empty talk, but DNA of DeltaHealth.

Thus, DeltaHealth will continue to work with more public platforms, continue the journey on public welfare, and spare no efforts to provide assistance and bring hope to children with congenital diseases in less developed regions with devout and loving care.
