School rules force parents to search for alternatives

Following the latest regulations announced by the Ministry of Education for schools and off-campus studying, parents in Shanghai are scrambling for alternatives. But it is not easy. There are limited seats in offline tutoring organizations, while many of them are closing outlets or even ceasing operations in anticipation of market shrinkage under strict regulations. Other parents are turning to online classes.
