K11 Musea: The final tranche of Victoria Dockside ( pictured top left) is K11 Musea, due to open in September 2019. Its name is a portmanteau word for ‘museum by the sea’, and its 10 storeys will be filled with international brands and a rotating art collection. Hong Kong Museum of Art: The museum’s collection – totalling some 16,000 items of Chinese painting, calligraphy and antiquities – is due to reopen to the public in November 2019. lcsd.gov.hk

M+: construction on the M+ art complex is targeted for completion at the end of 2019, with an opening date in early 2020. The current exhibition at M+ Pavilion ( pictured top right) is Noguchi for Danh Vo: Counterpoint, which presents sculptures by Isamu Noguchi in dialogue with work by conceptual artist Danh Vo.
