Infinity Capital Group Limited cements its status in the Japanese property market.

Having made their debut in the Japanese property market last year, Infinity Capital Group held a groundbreaking ceremony for the group's first project in the country, TELLUS Niseko, in April this year. Signifying that they are plotting their growth in the right direction, the development earned Infinity Capital Group incredible feedback from various stakeholders in the industry.

Japan has become a well sought after market for investors and Infinity Capital Group continues their stride in the flourishing real estate market, “we strongly feel that the market is going through its next cycle of maturity,” says Jonathan Cheng, CEO of Infinity Capital Group, “therefore, we have decided to embark on larger-scale projects in the specific region.”

First conceptualised in 2017, construction for TELLUS Niseko is well on schedule and the steel superstructure will be completed by November this year, a testament to Japan's great work ethic.

While TELLUS Niseko is underway, general manager YC Chen and Cheng have been working on new projects, they have recently announced the soft launch of TELLUS Villas. A gated 17 luxury villa community surrounded by a bucolic alpine landscape, each well-appointed plot allows residents to enjoy unobstructed and protected views of Mount Yotei, while boasting its own natural hot spring onsen.

Chen explains that TELLUS Villas' location, situated within Hirafu Village, is a ‘unicorn and possesses the holy trinity of incredible location, views and personal onsens'. Infinity Capital Group indicates that the project has received considerable interest from the market and it looks like TELLUS Villas will be moving quickly.

Besides TELLUS Niseko and TELLUS Villas, Infinity Capital Group has another largescale project in the pipeline. Keeping tight lipped, Cheng and Chen revealed that it will be a game changer in Hirafu and promises that it will be a never seen before, selfcontained resort with multi-faceted luxury offerings.

Eager to continue their successful moves in the property world, Cheng concludes that “all successful entrepreneurs must have a strong sense of self belief. It takes exceptional self-belief to be successful in a sphere that no one else can. This self-belief drives the vision, the motivation and all the elbow grease required to succeed.”
