A Henderson Land Development project that opened in 1986, Jade Plaza is located on 3 On Chee Road and comprises of four towers with a combined 704 units, most of which are one- or two-bedroom flats. A unit on 9/F, Block A, with a saleable area of 262 square feet, was recently sold for HK$4.38 million or HK$16,718 per square foot.
Located on 18 Fo Chun Road, this Billion Development project consists of four residential towers and eight standalone houses, offering a total of 667 units, ranging from one- to four-bedrooms. Among them are 659 apartments, ranging from 447 to 2,242 square feet, while houses are between 4,084 and 4,494 square feet. The developer has just put 138 units up for auction in mid-october.
