Developed by Sino Land, Providence Bay Phase I is a low-density, seaside luxury home development located on 5 Fo Chun Road. It opened in 2012 and has 475 apartments and seven standalone houses. A low-level unit in Block 12, with a saleable area of 1,348 square feet, was recently sold for HK$22.3 million or HK$16,543 per square foot.

A unit on 9/F, Block A, with a saleable area of 262 square feet, was recently sold for HK$4.38 million or HK$16,718 per square foot.

Among them are 659 apartments, ranging from 447 to 2,242 square feet, while houses are between 4,084 and 4,494 square feet. The developer has just put 138 units up for auction in mid-october.
