According to information from the Land Registry, a total of 4,822 residential transactions and HK$46.765 billion were registered in August 2018, down by 20.8% and 28.3% m-o-m, respectively. Primary transactions were down by 15% m-o-m to 1,490 cases, while secondary transactions were down 23.2% to 3,332 cases. In August, Shatin-central Link Index and Kowloon East Index reached a new high, rising 2.8% and 1.1% respectively on a monthly basis. Over the same period, Luxury Index was down 0.5% m-o-m, whilst the Mass Residential Index reported a 0.1% m-o-m decrease. 根據土地註冊處資料顯示,2018年8月合共有4,822宗住宅成交,成交金額為467.65億元,分別按月跌20.8%及28.3%。一手成交量按月跌15%至1,490宗,而二手成交量同樣按月跌23.2%至3,332宗。2018年8月,沙中線指數及九龍東指數創新高,分別按月上漲2.8%及1.1%。同期,豪宅指數及大型屋苑住宅指數則分別按月下跌0.5%及0.1%。
