Featured in Tatler Hong Kong this month is Syed Asim Hussain, the cofounder of dining group Black Sheep Restaurants. Founded in 2012, the group has 30 restaurants to its name, two of which have been awarded a Michelin star each. In 2020, Black Sheep Restaurants shared its Covid-19 playbook in support of the industry.
