Following the 2019 success of its Hourstriker Phantom, Ulysse Nardin has launched another chiming watch in collaboration with audio tech company Devialet, which was founded by a descendant of horologist Ulysse Nardin himself. A traditional chiming watch, the Black Hourstriker comes with a hammer that hits its gong and a thick titanium membrane that vibrates like a speaker, which amplifies the timepiece’s sound.
