Fashion designer Anaïs Mak has been making Hong Kong proud with her feminine-yet-edgy collections since launching her label Anaïs Jourden in 2012. Ariana Grande wore one of Mak’s designs in the music video for 7 Rings, while Anaïs Jourden is stocked everywhere from Lane Crawford to Le Bon Marché, and has earned Mak a covetable slot on the Paris Fashion Week calendar. Her personal style, a little punk with a feminine flair, has caught the attention of luxury labels like Chanel and Prada, which have tapped her as an influencer. Next month, Mak is launching her first line of fine jewellery, Anaïs Emphasis—a collaboration between her brand and Emphasis Jewellery.
