PAMPER IN PARADISE

With Thailand reopening borders to vaccinated travellers, I am dreaming of a return to my favourite health retreat, Chiva Som in Hua Hin. I’ve been going for 15 years, and it’s easy to get to via Bangkok. The style, services, food and amenities suit me perfectly. I usually do a five-day retreat, and leave feeling renewed and energised.
