Billionaire property developer and chairman of Vista Land and Lifescapes, Manuel Villar credits his success to the opportunities that education provided him, and it’s a cause that remains important to him. Earlier this year he donated two hectares of land to St Jude’s Catholic School and five hectares to his alma mater, the University of the Philippines, worth a combined US$150 million.
