Forms’ latest creation shines a spotlight on the Japanese craft of working with shakudō, an alloy of gold and copper that was historically used to decorate the hilts of samurai soldiers’ swords. The pictured oneof-a-kind bracelet boasts a yellow-gold structure generously coated with browned shakudō, which frames an elegant row of yellow diamonds weighing a total of 11.2 carats. A second bracelet, set with titanium, comes mounted with 4.90 carats’ worth of emeralds.
