GREAT POINT
The dial of Parmigiani Fleurier’s latest Tonda Automatic, fully paved with diamonds, was designed as if a painter had used pointillism—a technique of applying small, distinct dots to form an image—on a canvas. Instead of paint, nearly a thousand diamonds of differing sizes are used to form the brand’s distinctive “barley grain” motif. The timepiece is available in either rose gold or white gold with a blue alligator strap.
