Special Staycation
Didn’t want the stress of travelling abroad this summer? Looking to squeeze in a Hong Kong break before school returns? These three hotels go above and beyond for families
THE UPPER HOUSE
Families staying at The Upper House this summer are in for a real treat: the hotel has turned one of its larger suites into a workshop and play space in collaboration with children’s brand Bimbo Concept. The junglethemed room is filled with furniture, sustainable wooden toys and a cosy reading corner with an animal-themed library. There is also a series of interactive weekend workshops, from children’s yoga and mindfulness activities to Kindermusik sensory workshops, a nail bar and family qi gong sessions at The Lawn—plus children under 12 dine for free at Salisterra and The Continental until the end of the month.
