HONG KONG ICON: IMAGING HONG KONG EXHIBITION (HSBC LION) POSTER (2010) BY STANLEY WONG

To promote the 2010 exhibition Hong Kong Icon: Imaging Hong Kong, local artist Stanley Wong, also known as anothermountainman, photographed a series of quintessentially Hong Kong places, all of which he subtly altered by inserting new elements into the scene. For this image, he photographed one of the famous lion statues outside the HSBC Main Building, adding fire coming out of its mouth and perching a crown on its head.
