Available from now until May 7, their newly launched spring menu will tease your senses with its signature innovative presentations and fresh ingredients. Make sure you try out pan-fried barbecued suckling pig with shrimp mousse, a tantalising bite-size treat that is perfectly crispy on the outside and layered with succulent shrimp that is bursting with flavours. Other highlights include double-boiled pork rib soup as well as the double-boiled pork rib soup, made with apple, lily bulbs and figs.
