Make sure you try out pan-fried bar­be­cued suck­ling pig with shrimp mousse, a tan­ta­lis­ing bite-size treat that is per­fectly crispy on the out­side and lay­ered with suc­cu­lent shrimp that is burst­ing with flavours. Other high­lights in­clude dou­ble-boiled pork rib soup as well as the dou­ble-boiled pork rib soup, made with ap­ple, lily bulbs and figs.
