In case you haven’t heard, Intercontinental Grand Stanford’s Italian restaurant is getting an update. Taking the reins of the revamped kitchen is British celebrity chef Theo Randall, who made a name for himself at the Michelin-starred River Café in London. The acclaimed chef is set to impress Hong Kong diners with his iconic rustic flavours and hearty Italian favourites. Highlights in the menu include homemade pasta dishes and madeto-order pizzas, as well as contorni, pesce and carne dishes inspired by various regions of Italy.
