In case you haven’t heard, In­ter­con­ti­nen­tal Grand Stan­ford’s Ital­ian restau­rant is get­ting an up­date. Tak­ing the reins of the re­vamped kitchen is Bri­tish celebrity chef Theo Ran­dall, who made a name for him­self at the Miche­lin-starred River Café in Lon­don. The ac­claimed chef is set to im­press Hong Kong din­ers with his iconic rus­tic flavours and hearty Ital­ian favourites. High­lights in the menu in­clude home­made pasta dishes and madeto-or­der piz­zas, as well as con­torni, pesce and carne dishes in­spired by var­i­ous re­gions of Italy.
