Culinary heavyweight chef Pierre Gagnaire returns to his twoMichelin-starred restaurant Pierre at Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong to launch his new Spring tasting menu. Together with Jacky Tauvry, Chef de Cuisine of Pierre, the six-course menu is studded with seasonal ingredients from Sauternes in Southwest France. Delve into invigorating dishes such as corolla of scallop and sauternes, as well as lobster and fresh coriander salpicon. To complete the experience, five French wines are handpicked to complement these dishes.
