Culi­nary heavy­weight chef Pierre Gag­naire re­turns to his twoMiche­lin-starred restau­rant Pierre at Man­darin Ori­en­tal Hong Kong to launch his new Spring tast­ing menu. To­gether with Jacky Tau­vry, Chef de Cui­sine of Pierre, the six-course menu is stud­ded with sea­sonal in­gre­di­ents from Sauternes in South­west France. Delve into in­vig­o­rat­ing dishes such as corolla of scal­lop and sauternes, as well as lob­ster and fresh co­rian­der salpi­con. To com­plete the ex­pe­ri­ence, five French wines are hand­picked to com­ple­ment th­ese dishes.
