To commemorate its 20-year milestone, The Peninsula Chicago is offering a variety of ways for guests to enjoy all year.

The Peninsula Chicago is extending 20% savings to guests in appreciation of their loyalty and support over the past 20 years. For reservations of Superior Rooms through Grand Deluxe Suites made during the month of June, guests will receive 20% off guest room and suite reservations for stays through September 6, 2021. Guests can also enjoy flexible check-in and check-out times, access to PenChat for 24-hour private e-concierge service, complimentary access to the swimming pool and fitness centre, as well as complimentary wireless Internet access.

A Focus on Wellness – Spa Offerings

As part of the anniversary celebrations, The Peninsula Chicago offers three ways for guests to maximise their health benefits at The Spa: 20% off all spa treatments on Tuesdays in June; 20% off all Subtle Energies products in June; and for those considering a membership to The Spa, guests can enjoy a 20% savings on their joining fee during the month of June.

Culinary Classics Revived

Over the years, select menu items have become favourites at the various Peninsula restaurants. In recognition of the 20th anniversary, the culinary team has researched classic menu items and selected a list of popular dishes for guests to enjoy through December 2021. Aroma and taste have a way of stirring up good memories and the hotel invites guests to take a culinary journey from the past 20 years, one bite at a time.

At Shanghai Terrace, The Peninsula Artistic Dumpling features a rainbow-patterned wrap made with colourful vegetables, aptly honouring The Peninsula's 20th anniversary with 20 ingredients in each dumpling.

A Celebratory Toast

A signature cocktail is available in Z Bar, The Lobby and Shanghai Terrace now through the end of 2021. ‘The Pen 20' is a specialty cocktail with an Asian influence of jasmine pearl tea, French lavender and is topped with Champagne.

Community Meal Donation Programme

A community meal donation campaign was launched throughout all Peninsula Hotels in the summer of 2020 to assist the most vulnerable during the pandemic. For meals purchased at the hotel's restaurants The Peninsula Chicago is making a one-for-one meal donation to The Greater Chicago Food Depository, which is part of the national Feeding America organisation.
