The China Children and Teenagers' Fund (CCTF), Sanjiu Medical & Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and Sanofia Group recently initiated a charitable project to promote bodybuilding exercises, composed of Chinese martial arts movements, among children. The event was held in Boao, a town in South China's Hainan Province. The purpose of the event was to foster children's healthy growth and development. Organizers said they hoped the children would gain an understanding of the true, good and beautiful of the traditional Chinese culture by doing the exercises. Organizers also said they would provide courses to parents, so they could better help their children form the habit of exercising.

Leaders of CCTF and Sanjiu told media the organizations would provide various services, including healthcare and psychological counseling, to children who are vulnerable (including orphans, disabled children, migrant children, impoverished children and left-behind children). The leaders also said the organizations would organize various sports and recreational activities, to enrich the children's lives. In addition, the organizations would publicize information about wellness habits and health among parents, so they could help their children improve the kids' health.
