米芝蓮星級餐廳評選結果出爐,永利澳門各食府不負眾望再次摘星,其客人和食客絕對是真正的大贏家。永利澳門在《米芝蓮指南香港澳門2018》評選中有三間餐廳上榜,合共獲頒五顆米芝蓮星級殊榮。今年,京花軒與「泓」日本料理分別連續六年及二年獲得二星米芝蓮殊榮,永利軒則連續九年被冠予星級榮譽。京花軒透過充滿中國風的設計元素,再現廣東清朝官員譚宗浚的生活美學,展現出譚家菜極盡精緻的特質;「泓」日本料理與三位米芝蓮星級廚師合作,讓客人在日本本土以外也能品嚐到高水準的正宗日式餐飲;而永利軒則在富麗堂皇的環境中奉上經典頂級粵菜盛宴,全都是星光熠熠的餐廳!

The stars are out, and the win­ners are none other than guests and din­ers at Wynn Ma­cau. The Miche­lin Guide Hong Kong Ma­cau 2018 cel­e­brates three of Wynn Ma­cau’s res­tau­rants with a to­tal of five awarded Miche­lin stars. This marks the sixth year for Golden Flower and sec­ond year for Mizumi to re­ceive their cov­eted two Miche­lin stars, and the ninth con­sec­u­tive year for Wing Lei’s Miche­lin star. Golden Flower cel­e­brates the life of Can­tonese Qing dy­nasty of­fi­cial Tan Zongjun with the au­then­tic fla­vors of China’s in­te­rior, and its de­sign re­flects the ex­quis­ite, in­ti­mate na­ture of Tan cui­sine. In col­lab­o­ra­tion with three Miche­lin-starred chefs, Mizumi of­fers an au­then­tic Ja­panese din­ing ex­pe­ri­ence un­matched out­side of Ja­pan, while Wing Lei serves high-end, clas­sic Can­tonese fare in a fit­tingly pala­tial set­ting.
