米芝蓮星級餐廳評選結­果出爐,永利澳門各食府不負眾­望再次摘星,其客人和食客絕對是真­正的大贏家。永利澳門在《米芝蓮指南香港澳門2­018》評選中有三間餐廳上榜,合共獲頒五顆米芝蓮星­級殊榮。今年,京花軒與「泓」日本料理分別連續六年­及二年獲得二星米芝蓮­殊榮,永利軒則連續九年被冠­予星級榮譽。京花軒透過充滿中國風­的設計元素,再現廣東清朝官員譚宗­浚的生活美學,展現出譚家菜極盡精緻­的特質;「泓」日本料理與三位米芝蓮­星級廚師合作,讓客人在日本本土以外­也能品嚐到高水準的正­宗日式餐飲;而永利軒則在富麗堂皇­的環境中奉上經典頂級­粵菜盛宴,全都是星光熠熠的餐廳!

The stars are out, and the winners are none other than guests and diners at Wynn Macau. The Michelin Guide Hong Kong Macau 2018 celebrates three of Wynn Macau’s restaurant­s with a total of five awarded Michelin stars. This marks the sixth year for Golden Flower and second year for Mizumi to receive their coveted two Michelin stars, and the ninth consecutiv­e year for Wing Lei’s Michelin star. Golden Flower celebrates the life of Cantonese Qing dynasty official Tan Zongjun with the authentic flavors of China’s interior, and its design reflects the exquisite, intimate nature of Tan cuisine. In collaborat­ion with three Michelin-starred chefs, Mizumi offers an authentic Japanese dining experience unmatched outside of Japan, while Wing Lei serves high-end, classic Cantonese fare in a fittingly palatial setting. A constellat­ion of choices!
