夢幻雞尾酒A DREAM COCKTAIL
永利拉斯維加斯和萬利拉斯維加斯酒店旗下共有27間酒吧，由酒水開發部助理總監負責管理。調酒師Andrew Pollard在去年11月加入永利團隊，當時永利的長青節目Le Rêve - The Dream夢幻秀正在進行重新改編。改編工作密鑼緊鼓進行時， Pollard也對酒店的招牌雞尾酒進行重新調配。雞尾酒原名The Dream，如今在永利和萬利酒店的酒單中都改稱為Le Rêve。改進後的招牌雞尾酒混合了Perrier-jouët香檳氣泡酒， Giffard Pamplemousse Rosé（加入粉紅葡萄柚皮調味的利口酒）， Aperol杏味利口酒 ， Lillet Rosé和新鮮檸檬汁，最後灑上少許接骨木花香精，點綴玫瑰花瓣和食用金箔，一場美夢就此成真！
The 27 bars that make up the Wynn and Encore Las Vegas properties are managed by Assistant Director of Beverage Development Andrew Pollard. The mixologist joined the Wynn team in November, just as Wynn’s long-running production show Le Rêve – The Dream, was getting a refresh. In tandem with that reinvention, Pollard has reconceived the resort’s signature cocktail. Formerly called The Dream and now referred to on menus throughout Wynn and Encore as Le Rêve, the updated cocktail is a mix of PerrierJouët Brut Champagne, Giffard Pamplemousse Rosé (a liqueur made from an infusion of pink grapefruit zests), Aperol apricot liqueur, Lillet Rosé and fresh lemon juice, all finished with a spritz of elderflower perfume and garnished with rose petal and a dusting of edible gold flake. Dreams do come true!
