AS MIGHT BE EXPECTED, IT WAS AN EXCITING RACE WHERE DUCATI SHOWED ITS POWER, MARQUEZ DISPLAYED HIS TALENT WITH HONDA AND ROSSI STOOD FOR HIS CASTE WITH YAMAHA. THEY CROSSED THE FINISH LINE IN THAT ORDER AFTER A BATTLE WHERE ZARCO, RIDING A TECH 3 YAMAHA SATELLITE, PLUCKED UP COURAGE TO LEAD THE WAY FOR OVER THREE THIRDS OF THE RACE.

The French rider proved that he is to be taken into account, after winning the pole position on Saturday and leading the race during sixteen laps. But, what happened beyond the podium? The first element to be mentioned is Zarco’s record in the qualifying round. The French rider on his Tech 3 Yamaha satellite pulverized the time achieved by Lorenzo ten years ago. British Crutchlow (LCR) was a surprise in the fourth position and was the second Honda to cross the line. Suzuki finished in the ninth position again, but Iannone did it this time round.
