Traditional distilling of white wine and aging in barrels made of American white oak through the traditional solera process.
Alcoholic content: 38% vol. ph: 3,5 Total acidity: 0,3 g/l Allergens: No Allergens If preserved under good conditions, it will keep its potentials over the next 20 years.
300 cl, 150 cl, 70 cl, 35 cl, 5 cl, 1 l y 0,5 l (PET). TASTING NOTE Very old brandy of dark topaz with slight beams of old gold. Intense aroma, living bouquet with warm spices notes (cinnamon and vanilla). Oily and tannin-rich to the taste, it evolves all the way to a bombastic and persistent aftertaste in which the aromatic shades of the oak barrel pop up.
