Dis­till­ing process of wines made from parel­lada grapes and aged in Amer­i­can oak bar­rels. The end prod­uct is achieved by mix­ing dif­fer­ent se­lect sol­eras among the old­est ones in the cel­lar.

70 cl and 5 cl.

TAST­ING NOTE

Dark ma­hogany color. Smell of dry fruits (toasted hazel­nut) with vanilla and tofu notes. Round and smooth to the taste. Spicy and sen­sual taste chipped in by an ag­ing process in old oak casks. This aged brandy awes for its per­sis­tent and well-bal­anced aftertaste.
