JUST 18 KILOMETERS FROM DOWNTOWN HAVANA, IN PLAYAS DEL ESTE, A COMPOUND GIVES YOU THE CHANCE TO RENT SAFE AND COMFY HOUSES WHERE BOTH NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL GUESTS CAN FEEL AT EASE AND BASK UNDER THE EVERLASTING CARIBBEAN SUNSHINE

In Cuba you're never too far from any ideal beach. And in Havana, just 18 kilometers from the downtown area, Playas del Este sprawl out for nearly 10 kilometers along the Atlantic coast. Right in this area, Residencial Tarará stands tall, a compound for you to rent safe and comfortable houses that are just perfect to enjoy summer vacations in full swing.

But Tarara, with its many villas, offers other services as well, such as office space leasing, recreational centers, event halls, gym and spa, a confined beach zone and a small marina outfitted with a nautical club and the chance to buy yachting tours, fishing trips in the high seas and scuba diving around the nearby coral reef.

Accommodations are pigeonholed depending on the conditions of the houses, though each and every one of them is equipped with kitchen, dining room, living room, air-conditioned bedrooms, bathrooms with hot and cold water, cable TV and other conveniences. The house categories are broken down in Plus (four stars) and Standard (three stars), with prices that range on the basis of the offpeak and high-peak travel seasons, as well as depending on whether they are nestled on the beachfront line or behind it.

The Clubhouse is just another interesting recreational offer where visitors can wallow in exquisite treats, enjoy a barbecue grill that dishes out tasty broiled food and a swimming pool embellished by a breathtaking view of the beach.

As part of Playas del Este, Residencial Tarara is an affordable beach resort for Cubans and tremendously attractive for foreign sunbathers. The fact of the matter is that neither one can stay unmoved by its undeniable charms.
