DSestacar por su historia es en sí mismo un título. En unos días La Habana recibirá el título de ¡Capital Iberoamericana de la Coctelería! Decir que La Habana está de moda es un cumplido y una realidad.
Próxima a cumplir cinco siglos, la celebración del Evento Panamericano de Coctelería la sitúa en la mirada de los seguidores de este arte mixológico de colores y sabores, casi mágico en sus combinaciones y malabares. Una ciudad que siempre ha sido encantadora, llena de virtudes. Justo por ello fue declarada en 2016 «Ciudad Maravilla», según la decisión de miles de personas que en el mundo se entusiasmaron con la convocatoria presentada por la fundación suiza New7Wonders.
El 2018 es un año entonces en que La Habana celebrará el hecho de ser la primera que ostente esa categoría ilustre que le concedió la Academia Iberoamericana de Gastronomía, lo que significa una invitación a que el mundo viaje a este país premiado en FITUR como destino seguro, para redescubrir por qué continúa siendo un referente en ese campo a nivel internacional.
