TO MAKE AN INTERNATIONAL CALL FROM CUBA

Dial 119 + Country Code + City Code + Desired Phone Number. Through Code dialing, you may also make international calls from any telephone set with your own card in CUC.

INTERNATIONAL OPERATORS

You may request a call from the international operator by dialing 012. After dialing 012, you may select: 0 for your automatic call (no additional charge) and then follow the instructions of a spoken guide.

TO CALL CUBA FROM ABROAD

To a mobile: International exit code + Cuba code (53) + mobile number (8 digits).

To a landline: International exit code + Cuba code (53) + Locality code + Desired number.

TO CALL ABROAD FROM CUBA

To call from a mobile in Cuba to a mobile abroad, you must dial: Outgoing International code (119) + Country code + Desired number. To call from a mobile in Cuba to a landline abroad you must dial: Outgoing International code (119) + Country code + City code + Desired number.

FOR NATIONAL CALLS

If you are in Havana and wish to call a number within the province you must dial code 7 followed by the desired number.

If you wish to call another province you must dial 0, followed by the province code and the desired number.

Upon arrival in Cuba, you may hire Cubacel services for cellphone. You can buy a Cubacel line as well as a cellphone or activate yours. Cubacel customer service number is (53) 52 642266 or 118 for information. You may also check its website www.etecsa.cu or www.cubacel.cu

INTERNET ACCESS AREAS

Public Internet service is offered through Nauta access accounts, in Netsurf Centers and in Wi-fi areas throughout the country. Hotels, Business Centers and other facilities related to tourism have areas enabled for wireless connection, previously hiring the service through prepaid cards.
