HOW TO CALL FROM CUBA?

Tele-selection is the fastest way to make internatio­nal calls because it allows direct dialing without the mediation of an operator. It should be taken into account if you will call a landline or mobile phone. Landline: 00+ country code + locality code * + desired phone number or +119 + country code + location code + desired phone number.

INTERNATIO­NAL OPERATOR

If your landline number is not enabled for internatio­nal outbound service, you can call the operator dialing access number 012 from Havana. To know the code of the rest of the provinces, you can call the commercial informatio­n service 118. PREPAID CARDS

With the own personal code card in CUC the user can make internatio­nal calls from public phones. These cards have an official value of 5.00 and 10.00 CUC. HOW TO CALL CUBA?

To call a landline or mobile phone in Cuba, you must dial: internatio­nal country exit code + 53 + desired phone number

FOR NATIONAL CALLS

If you are in Havana and want to call a number within the province you must dial code 7 followed by the desired number. If you wish to call another province, you must dial the province code and the desired number. Upon arrival in Cuba you can hire Cubacel services for mobile telephony. You can purchase a Cubacel line for 40 CUC that will provide you with ownership of the line and 10 CUC of balance. INTERNET ACCESS SERVICE

It is offered in ETECSA navigation rooms, post offices, hotels, airports and in the areas WIFI. To connect you need to buy a temporary or permanent nauta access account. The temporary access account is offered through prepaid nonrecharg­eable cards and has a period of 30 calendar day activity from the first connection. This account is more demanded by tourists, and is marketed in the commercial units of ETECSA, in the navigation rooms of hotels, airports and tourist facilities.
