Öztoprak scoops monthly medal
THE Cyprus Mediterranean Course (CMC) in Yeşilyurt held its January medal tournament on Sunday, with Hasan Öztoprak emerging as the winner.
Brian Flanigan of the CMC said: “Playing conditions didn’t really allow for a low-scoring game and the strokeplay competition was won by Hasan with a net 73.
“Karl Crosby was once again second with the same score while Stuart Walker Saville came third with a net 76.
“Chris Moores had the only two of the game and so collected all the money.”
