Volunteers needed for beach clean

THE CYPRUS World Is Not Ours Alone Movement is calling for volunteers to help clean up litter at Akdeniz Beach from 11am on Sunday, February 11.

A spokesman said: “Come along and help us! We are protesting against those who do not value our environment. The state and local government talk about a clean Cyprus but only favour corporate profits and advertising purporting to be social responsibility projects.”
