Who’s leaving whom?

THE Italian general election has certainly given the EU something to think about, hasn’t it? Almost 50 per cent voted for either anti-EU or Eurosceptic parties. Hungary and Poland are in almost total rebellion against the orders of the EU Commission. It might not be a case of the UK leaving the EU. It might be that by the time we do, there’ll be no EU left to leave.
