Dad, son take top position in off-road event

THE first event of the 2018 North Cyprus Off-Road Association Championship was held on Sunday near Alagadi beach, in memory of late member Veleddin Hüdan.

The overall winners of the race, featuring four categories and three rounds, were Burak Emingil and father and co-driver Emin, who completed the course in a total time of 15 minutes and 20 seconds.

Yusuf and Tuğkan Hüdan, who lost time following a puncture, had to settle for second with a time of 15:41.

They finished five seconds faster than Mehmet and Sertuğ Topal, who were third.
