MUMS got a chance to come out of the kitchen and enjoy a Mothering Sunday roast cooked for them at Alsancak’s Black Olive Café.
More than 40 people — mostly wives being treated by their husbands, said venue owner Vicki Karaca — tucked in while the special day was being celebrated in the UK.
Mrs Karaca said: “We wanted to give people wishing to mark the day with their mothers or wives the opportunity to have a hot meal, and are looking forward to celebrating other occasions with our customers.”
