Cyprus Off-Road Attack event

THE Çangar Motors Ford Cyprus Off-Road Attack event — the third in the 2018 Kyrenia Off-Road Club (KYOFF) season — has taken place over four stages around Mevlevi, Akdeniz, Bellapais, Esentepe and Alagadi. The Rally category was won by Halim Kahveciler and Ramadan Uzun, competing in their Nissan Patrol as the Sun Racing team. Winners in the Raid category were the Land Rover Discovery duo of Sander Kahveciler and Eser Sulo, while Vural Tabak won the Adventure ATV category. The rally was backed by the Prime Ministy’s AntiDrugs Commission, the Sports Department, System Co, Sermet Benli Sigorta, Capital Radio and Telsim.

Trophies and medals were presented in front of Çangar Motors in Lefkoşa by the company’s Ford director, Güneş Seren and other officials, KYOFF chairman Hakan Denizalp and board member Cem Aytaç, North Cyprus Automobile Club chairman Zeki Topçu and North Cyprus Off-Road club chairman Hakan Kofalı.
