He’s lovin’ it . . . but mum ‘sorry’ after she sends son to school in very rude T-shirt
A MORTIFIED mum has been forced to apologise after her son wore a T-shirt to school with a very rude image on the front.
The embarrassing mix-up happened after Shelly McCullar’s friend gave her a basket of hand-me-down clothes she thought her son Anthony might like.
She didn’t have a chance to look through them all, so just let him take his pick before school one morning.
He picked out a bright red T-shirt with what he thought was the McDonald’s arches on the front — but it was actually something a lot ruder.
He wore it around school all day, and it wasn’t until his mum saw him later that day she realised what had happened.
The T-shirt plays on the fast-food giant’s famous I’m Lovin’ It logo, and the rude design isn’t exactly subtle.
Shelly, from Texas in the US, took to Facebook to share her embarrassment.
She wrote: “Once again, my sincere apologies to the teachers and staff at Travis Elementary.
“I promise from now on to monitor what my kids are wearing! I had no idea Anthony wore this to school!!
“Just to clarify, I would never let my kid wear something like this. A friend had given me some hand-me-down clothes for Anthony. I haven’t had the chance to completely go through them. I will tonight though!!
“Through my embarrassment, I did lmao [laugh my a*** off]!”
She added the hashtags: #ithoughtitwaslikemcdonalds and #notthegoldenarches.
