‘Fraudsters’

TWO men in charge of distributing wages at Taşyapı Ltd are suspected of pocketing the pay of 12 former staff, claiming they were still working for the company.

Halil Emre Güven and Atıl Taşkun were remanded in custody by Lefkoşa District Court, which heard they had been arrested for allegedly stealing 112,285TL, but the amount had risen by 26,000TL after investigation.
